Residential real estate

Our office handles over 300 residential transactions each year. We represent sellers and buyers of single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, quads, coach homes, cooperatives and vacant land.

Commercial real estate

Our office has represented buyers and sellers of commercial buildings for manufacturing, industrial use and office use. We have also represented both buyers and sellers in Starker Transactions (Section 1031).

Representation of landlords and tenants

Our office has represented both landlords and tenants in residential and commercial lease negotiations.

Refinancing of mortgages

Our office has represented many borrowers at the closing on the refinancing of their residential mortgage. We have also represented our commercial clients on their loan closings and have negotiated their mortgage documents, personal guarantees and security agreements. We consider these transactions as important as any other real estate transaction.

Title Insurance

Mr. Levy is an approved title policy issuing agent of both Chicago Title Insurance Company and Republic Title Company. Both companies have many convenient locations throughout the Chicagoland area to serve our clients.
